Provide your customers with the opportunity to fill in the intuitive planner on your website. It collects, prioritises and budgets their wishes & goals and you can prepare the next counselling session on that basis. For example, also with the help of our Portfolio Planner (see below).

 

Another example is our "risk analysis", which can be used on the website for an initial analysis or in the form of a chatbot to determine the needs of customers. What risks do I have and how do I protect myself for the future? Do I even have the right insurance policies for my needs? Your customers are guided through an intelligent questionnaire and then receive a transparent, comprehensive insurance recommendation based on their objective risks, subjective needs and risk preferences. With the help of the new Portfolio Planner, you can identify the optimal investment portfolio - based on the risk tolerance, interests and needs of your customers. An intelligent algorithm creates a proposal from a set of available investment funds that you can deposit individually. This is based on the investor profile, selected investment themes and ESG criteria to be considered.

At this point, we would like to thank our cooperation partner, FAIT Internet Software GmbH, which develops software for portfolio comparisons, analyses, optimisation and reporting for financial service providers. FAIT also focuses on digitalisation projects and end consumer applications in the securities sector. We are happy that the cooperation has resulted in such a great first product.
