As you may know, we are always working aligned with our vision "that everyone makes sound financial decisions in the future" and are continuously developing our products with this in mind. After intensive months of product development, we are happy to present our Risk Analysis 3.0.
With this further development, we have not only released a major technical upgrade with new features, but also incorporated valuable feedback from our customers and partners. Not to forget the optimized UX design which enables even more transparency in advisory sessions.
What's new?
a) Improvement of the 8 life risks
One of the most important improvements is the calculation of the probability for each life risk, which is now a standard five-year period instead of one year.
In addition, we have decided on a new compilation of liability risks. These are now displayed together with legal disputes, making the presentation of liability clearer for customers.
b) Risks & product recommendations
Thanks to the latest enhancements, the risk tachometers accompany us throughout the entire customer journey, creating a consistent overview of the advisory process.
To make it more transparent for customers "Why a product recommendation is the way it is", we added a direct link from risks to recommendations. An improved UX design with hover effect and risk icons creates a clear overview for both advisors and customers.
d) Protection level & contract service
With the introduction of the protection level, we are responding to one of the most frequently asked questions in advisory sessions. From now on, the policy check not only visualizes the calculated risk profile, but also the individual protection level.
In accordance with existing contracts, our algorithm enables an individual calculation of the coverage based on the calculated maximum losses per risk. Third-party contracts can also be added at any time.
This feature encourages customers to disclose their third-party contracts and increases the up- and cross-selling potential by highlighting gaps in coverage.
